Gluten-free menu options at Pechanga

May is Celiac Disease Awareness month and we have good news for the three million Americans who have been diagnosed with this genetic disorder.

Check out the list of foods below that are gluten-free at Pechanga’s restaurants:

Great Oak: Shrimp cocktail, oysters, tomato & red onion salad, all steaks, lamb, lobster tail, and swordfish.

Blazing Noodles: All Pho soups are gluten-free as they have rice noodles and do not use soy, Singapore noodles, imperial rolls, tom yum goong, spring rolls.

Seafood Grotto: All fish and seafood items that are grilled or steamed, caprese salad, ceviche, lobster and shrimp cocktail, greek salad, sushi if not dipped in soy

Kelsey’s: Cobb salad, wedge salad, all steaks are safe with steak fries, a baked potato, corn or broccoli.
